The microwave transceiver module of altimeter is the key matching microwave module of radio altimeter, which is divided into transmitting unit, receiving unit, modulation unit and so on. The transmitting unit mainly completes sawtooth LFM, power amplification, coupling and isolation of the microwave frequency source, and outputs it to the transmitting antenna; the receiving module mainly completes filtering and amplification of the received reflected signal, and carries out correlation mixing with the transmitting signal, and outputs the beat signal FB through mixing.
